They were sceduled for 10:00. Sent a message tellong me they would be 15 min Late. Much appreciated rather than wondering if they forgot the appointment. Arrived in 10 min. I explained the problem and they went straight to work. Explained what they were doing. Very courteous and professional. Problem fixed. Very reasonable price.
