We received a call in the middle of the night from the tenants of a home we rent. They said they had seen a rat in their kitchen. Obviously they were very disturbed. After calling numerous companies and getting voice mail, I called a national company. They were very helpful but could not arrange for an appointment for two days out. I tried Contact Pest Control - which I found by Googling. Taha answered the phone, listened to the "situation" and in less than two hours someone was at the home, did a thorough check, discovered that it was mice and not rats. Taha called me right away and told me the situation and where the weaknesses were in the foundation of the house that allowed the "pesky ones" in. The service person went through the house with the tenant and put them at ease. We now have an appointment in one months time to see if the steps they took to kill off the mice has worked. This is an unbelievable service. I highly recommend.
