I contacted ODAR about the broken door on my father's LG dishwasher. I got an immediate response. After I gave Eric the model number, he located the part and called me right back. I didn't want to take time off work so Eric arranged a Saturday appointment for me, which was awesome. When Manny came to replace the part, he also noted that the dishwasher was plumbed with copper tubing and he suggested he replace it with a stainless flexible hose. Service was quick and Manny was out in just over an hour. On-Demand Appliance Repair (ODAR) is not the cheapest appliance repair service, but they can repair ANY brand of appliance and they are responsive and service oriented!
