This is my first furnace tune-up with Service Experts and I remain very impressed with the company. Jesse, who installed my furnace and air conditioner and handled the tune-up is both friendly and professional. He explained what he did in an easy for me to understand way, without feeling like I was being talked down to. I really appreciated that I received a call asking if I would be able to have an earlier appointment without being pressured to re-arrange my schedule.

After waking up to a cold house and a furnace that was not working, we were unsure who to turn to for help. After reading so many positive reviews about Service Experts, we decided to contact them for assistance. We are so happy that we did. From the initial call to the office, through to the service people who arrived the same day and the helpful sales, we have been blown away by the professionalism demonstrated. Service Experts were able to quickly diagnose the issue and presented us with the options available. A sales rep was willing to meet with us in the evening and Darren was knowledgeable about the products and financing options. He made us feel comfortable and didn't pressure us in any way. The next morning, I was shocked to have 3 service trucks and a number of technicians at my door ready to get to work. The technicians worked straight through the day to ensure that we had heat is soon as possible. I and my home were treated with a great deal of respect and consideration. Following this, we have had both our hot water tank and air conditioner replaced. The office staff have worked hard to work around my schedule and they are friendly and accommodating. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this company. While there may have been less expensive options available, the quality of the products and installation make this money well spent.
