Couldn't be more impressed with this service. From the first phone call - which he personally answered on the second ring - to the final handshake, Arkadi was a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond expectations and took the time to explain each and every detail and even had diagrams when I had questions about things he couldn't show me directly (in the attic for example). In addition to this, he was kind enough to show me a lot of little things I had no idea about - and as a first time home buyer, there were plenty! Would definitely use him again and highly recommend.
