Watching this crew work was like watching a well oiled machine. After a few days of getting opinions, I asked Mirek from M&M Trees to take the tree on my front lawn down which was encroaching not only my home, but on the neighbours as well. I was a bit worried, having just moved into my new home about hiring a company I didn't know to take down a moderately large tree that in the wrong hands could cause the neighbours damage. Within the first 5 minutes that fear was gone. The crew showed up on time as promised and started promptly and methodically cutting the tree and cleaning up as they went. Had no idea that the owner Mirek, who I had several email chats with, was out there cutting away. Love it when business owners are not just administrators, but hands on. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous, offered me some landscaping ideas to think about over the winter. Very genuine person who works with and leads his team. I had the ducts cleaned at my new house. They were absolutely filthy. Sean, my service agent from ODC was polite and professional. Arrived exactly when scheduled, was done in a timely manner, and left my home like noone was working it it (clean) He explained what he was going to do and I received before and after photos to show the degree of dirt down there. Liz, who set up the appointment was always prompt returning messages/emails, called to confirm the appointment, all professional from top to bottom. Pricing was very reasonable.
