An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I wanted a great design but had very little time, so ultimately I put it off for years. When I contacted 3D I explained to them that I had very little time and was wondering what my options were. Right away they explained that they could complete my design without having to physically meet, so I took the option. It worked out great. I was sent pictures and ideas and given the chance to communicate through email and phone. And guess what? I finally got my design and it was exatly what I was looking for. Thanks you 3D.
