Based on a referral from our neighbour we hired Gord’s Electric to upgrade the main electrical panel in our home and we were definitely not disappointed. The quote Scott provided was reasonable and we immediately felt comfortable because of the his friendly, yet professional approach. We were also readily impressed with Scott’s expertise and experience so it did not take long for him to gain our trust. He took the time to describe what had to be done and we also appreciated the money Scott saved us with his instructions on how to properly prepare the walls for the new panel installation ourselves. Scott was exceedingly particular and thorough, leaving nothing to chance. He visited our house several times prior to the installation, checked and double-checked everything to make sure that this major upgrade would go as smooth and unobtrusive as possible. Thanks to Scott we even managed to keep our two home-based businesses operational amidst this major conversion. We would gladly refer Gord’s Electric to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy electrician who prides himself on providing first class workmanship.

Thanks for taking time to post, Mike. I felt that the job went very smoothly, and am glad that we were able to keep both businesses running. I'm sure it's a relief to get rid of the tired old fuse panel, and sub-panels, and replace them with something safer, and more reliable. Hoping that the outdoor seasonal lighting problems are also resolved, as well.

For years we struggled with trying to keep the beasties from eating our lawn... very often having to replace large swathes of it. We finally gave up trying to maintain it ourselves so we hired some of the well known "professionals" in the area. However, we were still not satisfied given that we continually found ourselve calling them to complain. Since hiring Craig and his team at Durham Lawn Jockey a couple years ago our lawn has been thick and green and beastie-free. When it comes to lawn care, Craig really knows his stuff. To top it off, Craig often makes a point of knocking on the door occassionaly to say hello and check if we have any issues... which is a nice personal touch. We take every opportunity to recommend the Durham Lawn Jockey. Cindy & Michael Managhan
