Responsive, reliable, good communicator, provided invoice, pleasant - would recommend. Was timely and effective in the repairs required (toilet and p-trap under kitchen sink). Cost was in line with my expectations.

After reviewing several prospective contractors, we went Summit and were not disappointed. Like the other reviews for Summit, Arash and his team delivered a beautiful bathroom renovation - on time and on budget. Having said this, the most rewarding part of the experience was feeling completely comfortable dealing with Summit, with Arash the driving force behind this. There was constant follow up and guidance throughout the project - and even post completion to ensure our satisfaction. We highly recommend Summit to those needing reliable, trustworthy and competitively priced contractors.
