Our basement floor was squeeky after a recentinstall. Leo came in and did a 3 hour assessment. after his thorough analasys he discouvered that firstly, the material purchased contained a bad batch, and the floor aslo being poorly installed in some areas which allowed me to get back my money back from the supplier and the installer.
