Joe was great. Thorough, friendly and hard-working. Told me he may have to come back if first time didn't fully correct the problem (he said you can't always get rid of mice in 1-shot, thanks for the honesty!). The problem went away for a few weeks but a few mice were left. I called him to come back and he did - the next day! There was no extra charge, all part of their guarantee. We haven't had a mouse since. I would definitely recommend him.
