We had our alarm installed in October 2015. Installation was pain free, guys were clean and organized. The mobile app that Maxguard provided as part of our package makes arming and disarming super simple from anywhere in the home and away from home. I was even able to set my alarm from Europe while on vacation this past summer. On the few occasions that we accidentally set off the alarm, they followed up immediately with a call. The guys at Maxguard even came back to install a new contact on our second floor walkout and moved the siren for me; at no charge, after we built our deck. I highly recommend these guys.
