They cleaned our eavestroughs cleaned using Ottawa Student Windows. They did a great job, and left our property in a very clean state. The team was friendly, arrived on time, and completed the job quickly. I will definitely use them again

Recent wind storm ripped shingles off our roof. Kebreab came by quickly, inspected the roof, and scheduled a repair. Also provided a detailed and reasonable quote for replacing our roof next year. Looking forward to completing that work with them after the winter!

Cory did an awesome job fixing up our bathroom, and was fantastic to work with. We will definitely be using River Reed for our next project. We had a crack in our bathtub, which turned into a hole, and we needed it fixed. The bathroom itself was a bit dated, so we wanted to do a few minor upgrades, too. We were referred to Cory by a neighbour, who was singing his praises. Cory came by to provide an estimate, and also helped patch up the hole in the tub so we wouldn’t experience water damage in the interim. The work we ultimately got done was: > New bathtub installed, with new tiling on the floor & walls > Plumbing and venting brought up to code > Bathroom waterproofed > New vanity and lighting Cory set a new, higher bar of expectations for all of our future contractor experiences: > He provided a detailed quote, including a full list of the materials needed > The quote included some potential watch outs for additional costs that may need to be incurred, but only confirmed after the demolition work began (some of these were needed, and it was much less stressful having known about them being possibilities up front) > Cory project managed the entire renovation, and handled the coordination with the plumbers, electrician, and roofer > When we encountered unexpected problems (e.g., the previous owners didn’t plumb the bathroom to code), Cory took the time to answer all of our questions, and helped us through the decision making process > When the other contractors were doing their part of the work, and Cory had some downtime, he helped us fix a few other things around the house The quality of Cory’s work is impeccable. It’s clearly obvious that he takes care and puts a lot of effort into doing a quality job. Our trust battery with Cory is fully charged. He is also a truly wonderful person, and was a real pleasure to have in our home.

Outlets in one room were without power. Basil quickly diagnosed and explained the issue. Customer service was great - arrived on time, super helpful, and fixed things up quickly. Explained the pricing before the service started, and the rates were reasonable. Will definitely use his services again in the future.

We had an underground wasp nest in our front yard. The team was very responsive and accommodating in scheduling to come by and get rid of the nest. Very polite and doc the work on time, and as promised. I would most certainly use them again.

Ian and Mike built a lovely fence for our backyard. They started & finished the work on time, maintained a clean and safe worksite, and were very polite. The fence looks great, and we still receive numerous compliments from neighbours and passers-by.

We had a very positive experience with Royal Work, and they exceeded our expectations. We had our basement waterproofed, a sump pump and back flow valve installed, and a water service upgrade. The work was completed on time and on budget. Furthermore, the customer service was very good. Anatoliy took the time to explain all elements of the work being done, thoroughly answered our questions, and was responsive to messages. The team at Royal Work took care to clean up after their work, and to protect our floors and other belongings from dust and debris.

Aida and her team were fast, thorough, and very friendly in completing the move-in/out cleaning service for my condo unit. I have no hesitation in recommending their service, and will look to use it again in the future.
