I went to Sears portrait studio to get photos done so I could order Christmas ornaments online. The salesperson talked me into ordering Christmas cards as that was the big promo. I ordered the cards and they have still not arrived!!! (2 days before Christmas)! My online order was here weeks ago. I ordered the Christmas cards in November!!!!!! To make matters worse I have called numerous times and either was unable to leave a message because the machine was full or no one returned my call. I even went to the store - surprise, surprise no one was there - and I left a note pleading for a call back! Still no call!!!! I paid to be a portrait studio member and I am so disgusted by the lack of customer service and integrity that I would NEVER recommend the portrait studio to anyone again!!!!!!! SOMEONE respond to me!!!!! I've been using this service for 4 years, I have recommended many others to Sears portrait studio in the past and now I am being treated like DIRT!!!!!!!
