Our family worked with Wallace Fleming for a second time, a complete demolition and rebuild or our condo’s kitchen. Renovating a small space brings on all kinds of stress, however I can say that confidence in the projects workmanship and schedule was never one of them. They were very upfront with the duration of the project and pricing. The quotes were very clear and covered all aspects. When we had some complications they brought us confidence that these things could be handled without a negative impact on our vision. The trades they used were all conscientious that we were still attempting to live in the space and kept things as clean as possible. But really it was the individual trade’s attention to detail that ensured we were happy along the whole process. Also of note, every change was quickly documented and presented in a change order. We would and have recommended Wallace Fleming to others for their needs. We hope to use them again for our next project as well.
