Over the Xmas break we had a leak under our sink. Ted was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Even though he was extremely busy, and had no appointments, he made the time to come and and was able to fix that problem and repair an additional pipe breakage that he saw. He was very kind and knowledgable.
