I had Louie from The Blind and Shutter Factory come over my home to give me a quote on shutters. I found him to be a very polite person and very knowledgeable of the product. We went with him on the purchase of shutters for our home and he said we should have them installed in about 2 to 3 weeks. They came and installed them yesterday which was just a little over 2 weeks like promised. The installer was very nice and did a beautiful job and the shutters look amazing. By my surprise Louie called after the install to see if I was happy with the work and product and I told him I was and I would highly recommend him to others.
