Last Wednesday the 7th of November I smelled a plastic odour when my furnace came on. Called another company and they said earliest visit would not be until the first week of December. Absolutely unacceptable! They obviously didn't see the icicles hanging off the end of my nose. Called Francis Home Environment after reading many of their reviews and they booked me in at my soonest possible convenience, which was Friday. Adam arrived, and explained the various options and plans I could consider. I chose and he did a very thorough diagnostic check showing me pictures and video of my system. My blower motor was shot which explained the plastic odour. He replaced the faulty component and gave me an honest overall assessment of my furnace system after checking all the wiring and components. Adam was very professional, friendly, answered all my queries, tidied up and the furnace heat was divine . I shall certainly be using Francis Home Environment and Adam next year for my yearly maintenance. Thanks also to Desiree and Stephen.
