I did not actually do business with Armstrong and Nelson, but I did deal with the company and spoken to them on the phone. I requested their services and got a discounted price, and we agreed on a time. At the eleventh hour, I cancelled. I spoke with Rhoda (the manager) later. Dear Rhoda, I would like apologize for the late cancellation and for wasting your time. Please don't get upset, these things happen sometimes and they are unfortunately an inevitable part of dealing with customers and life.
