We had Enviro Surface Removers come to our dental clinic over the weekend and rip out 700 sq ft of porcelain tile in 2 days. It was a spur of the moment decision to change the floor tiles and I literally called the company and told them I needed to get the tile out ASAP and Blair mobilized his team to our clinic in under 30 minutes. In fact, they were so quick to get there that they actually beat me there! Bob showed up with a team of 3 and were very careful to properly tarp and cover all sensitive cabinets and equipment up. They brought in 3 industrial vacuums to eliminate any dust and immediately got to work. These guys went above and beyond. The tiles were like five times harder to remove than expected because there was a special membrane that been placed under the thinset/mortar which effectively bonded it to the concrete below and the stuff just wouldn't come off - they had to jackhammer every last ounce of it away. Despite how much more difficult it was than they initially expected, these guys did not complain nor did they charge me more and they worked overtime over two days to finish the job so that I could immediately proceed with retiling the rooms. They were polite and courteous the whole time and were very thorough when they cleaned up at the end. My tiler came to check on their work and was very impressed with the floor that he had been left with, and he was able to start tiling the very next day with a local tile that was in stock. Five stars and well worth every penny.
