Ryan is wonderful to deal with not only on a professinal level but a personal level too. His compassion and concerns for his customers are well noted. We had a budget and Ryan was so considerate and flexible to make it work. He kept us in the loop with every step along the way. He approached us with great concern about the Poly B and didn't want us to deal with future leaking and ruin our expensive renovations ! He expressed he didn't want to see us go through such a stressful disaster as he seen it happen before ! So again Ryan worked with our budget and we were able to change all the poly b in our new home !
