Parts Unreliable-Customer Service Terrible
Bought New Part(Solenoid Valve) for Furnace Humidifier. Part didn't work at all-checked by furnace technician. Wouldn't exchange Part or Refund because I didn't have serial Number on Humidifier that the part was bought for. I had receipt and part and they had serial number on part purchased. Parts Manager couldn't have cared a less. O for Parts O for Customer Service. Go Elsewhere-they could care a less!
