A super nice home for a super nice family! That was a textbook home inspection on a (almost) 100 year old home. A very solid home with some issues to be addressed. However, no big surprises, (well there was, but in a positive way). I think you should be quite happy once you've settled in. I had no idea what candor even meant, but after looking it up, I'm glad you were happy. My job is to be honest and to use common sense. I'm glad that I was of help.
