Quartz Tables fixed after 4 months
Update: They fixed the quartz tops after 4 months. I am happy they fixed them but they took a long time which is a negative. Original: I ordered custom quartz tables in April 2019, they were ready in 2 days, Great!, I take them home and they had marks on them that no measure of cleaning would remove. I reached out on April 22, to get this fixed. They tried to fix over a few visits, which was appreciated, but it was over months apart ☹ and not able to fix. I wasn't in a rush as it was a secondary room. They said they would resolve by replacing and I have been waiting 2 months since they said that.... Still willing to change my review since I am that nice if they will just fix this...

I am so saddened to read this after from my understanding, I was in constant communication with you and attempted to resolve this on many occasions. There were many visits from myself and you assured me over and over that you were not in a rush and we wanted to have it resolved without having to be replaced. I am glad that we were able to have this resolved in the end. Hope you are enjoying your tables.
