In November 2016, Tom, Ben and Sam took care of our overgrown cedar hedge, some large pine branches threatening our utility pole, and our favourite linden tree that needed a trim. First, Tom came to my house and consulted with me thoroughly about the tree work needed and he emailed me a written estimate. When I gave him the go-ahead, he said the work would be done in about 4 weeks. When the time came, he called and scheduled the specific day. The crew arrived at about 1:30 p.m. These gents were very polite and consulted thoroughly with me again about what I wanted before starting work. They provided additional information about the best methods to achieve the result I wanted without damaging the trees. If you love your trees, ask about how much can be cut without hurting them. These guys will give you the straight goods plus a full education, if you want it. When the work was almost done, Tom asked me to look at it and tell me if I wanted it done further. Sort of like getting a hair cut. I said yes please, so he continued working until almost dark to bring the canopy back to where I wanted it. This is the second time Tom has worked on our trees and they looked beautiful in the years that followed. Thanks Tom, Ben and Sam!
