Dealing with Kevin throughout our original contact to the installation of our new roof was a real pleasure. He answered all our questions and provided further information to make our decision easier. His years of experience were evident and he was ready to explain the differences between two different shingle choices we were considering. In the end, we went with Certainteed for which he is certified and are more than pleased with the end result. We made a number of changes in what we finally decided on and he accommodated all those changes and suggested others that gave us a better solution to our needs. The crew he provided were all pleasant, professional and their clean-up was thorough. James and his assistants were on time and moved both a piano and organ safely and professionally. I will definitely call him when the recommended month passes, to have the piano tuned. I will also ask for his assistance on determining what needs to be done to optimize the organ (it has not been played for years and is making quite a noise when the switch is turned on). I would not hesitate to recommend James to others.
