Very easy to install with help of over-the-phone tech support. We mostly use the mobile app exclusively, which is very simple. Minor software issues resolved quickly by Think's tech support.

The father-son team from Canaduct was very professional, explained everything they were doing, and worked quickly. They were also courteous, making sure to remove their shoes when they entered our home. They also pointed out a couple vents that were not connected to our furnace (we have an old house).
