I am a general contractor and needed someone to install assistance bars in an elderly client's home. Timothy was not only punctual, professional, and courteous when dealing with myself and my clients, but extremely knowledgeable as well. He has a wealth of experience and it really shines through in his workmanship. He was able to make helpful recommendations and I felt comfortable guaranteeing his work for both safety and workmanship. He's my go-to guy from now on!

I am a General Contractor and found Valentin through his homestars listing. Before we even met or discussed hiring him he spent a lot of time on the phone with me (on several separate phone calls) helping me to diagnose the problem with my client's noisy and leaky toilet. He suggested several things I could do to save time/money and once we had the problem figured out he knew exactly how to fix it. He gave me an accurate quote which he honoured, was on-time and extremely professional when doing the work, and was VERY knowledgeable. He even took the time to show me how to diagnose leaks in a home for future reference/projects. Valentin did everything perfect from the first contact I had with him until the job was complete, I won't trust anyone else with my clients from now on.

I am a general contractor and called trademark as well as 3 other companies from homestars regarding a project I needed completed for a client. Not only did Perry answer the phone right away, he took my repeated phone calls graciously and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was able to give me a very accurate quote over the phone, which he honoured once the work was done, and he worked within my timeline arriving on very short notice. In regards to the work itself, he made sure when he was fishing wires through the walls that he worked through the kitchen ceiling to minimize the repair work to the walls. He could have gone through the living room ceiling but the finish was stucco and not smooth, and this would have cost me more to fix and caused my client to have an uneven finish in their ceiling that we would not have been able to perfectly match. I won't use another electrician from now on, Trademark are my guys. On top of everything else the work was very high quality, I recommend them to anyone.

I am a general contractor and I had a job that I paid another sub-contractor to do that was completely botched. We removed an 8 foot by 3 foot long bulkhead from the client's ceiling and patched up the resulting hole with new drywall. The replaced drywall was not level with the existing ceiling and the patchwork that was done left a giant, very obvious wave in the ceiling around all edges of the repaired area that was especially pronounced where the wall and ceiling met. My client was furious with the quality of work that was done as it was amateur at best, but most importantly he needed his house ready to list ASAP and was now going to be out of his kitchen for a longer period than originally promised. This is the ultimate nightmare for a general contractor! I contacted 6 companies from Homestars to see who could help me out on short notice. While they were all professional for the most part, Rob was the only one who got back to me immediately, and after I explained the jam I was in did everything he could to help me out. He came out the same evening after working the whole day to quote the work, and began work the next day, again squeezing me in in the evening when his other job for the day was completed. He made four trips out to my client's home in total, working around the other jobs he was doing and most importantly was extremely professional in his conduct. He is someone I trusted to deal directly with my clients in a professional manor putting both them and myself at ease in regards to the quality and efficiency of the work being done. I have been taping drywall since I was 18 years old, and I know quality work when I see it. His seems were perfect and the amount of patching he did in such a short time was impressive. In short, Rob did everything right. Responded right away, quoted a very reasonable price, began work immediately, worked with my timeline, finished exactly when he promised, and did high quality work. I wish more contractors were like Rob.
