Hired this company for a condo Inspection that I could not attend due to work commitments. I felt comfortable that there was probably no problems with the condo but I decided I wanted another set of eyes to look the place over. I hired Blue Owl Inspections mainly because of the answers I received I called looking for rates. I thought the report was easy to follow along, and that same evening Paul gave me a call and together we spent about 20 - 30 minutes discussing the report in more detail. I really liked the fact that Paul was able to access parts of the building that I never would of seen. If the service that I received is the norm, then I highly recommend contacting this company if you need an inspection.
