Span-Co completed a complete renovation of a 30 year old townhouse. The renovation involved two new custom bathrooms, a kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counters, installation of hard wood and slate flooring throughout, installation of numerous pot lights and electrical switches, installation of a new furnace and humidifier, installation of a new air conditioner, construction and installation of custom cabinets (bookcases, home entertainment center, dry bar and end tables in the living room and study and a washer/dryer enclosure in the laundry room), installation of all kitchen appliances (including a gas stove and Miele coffee center) and construction and installation of custom closets. Span-Co provided top quality workmanship with any minor issues promptly resolved and completed the work according to the agreed schedule. In addition, the tradespeople displayed great care while working and the end of each day, it was difficult to tell that they had been working since they thoroughly cleaned up.
