Don't let my rating of 2 fool you, the rating system won't allow a rate of zero. I purchased a diningroom table back in November 2007, it is now March 3rd and I have yet to receive anything. Since following up on the status of our order I find out they have been providing me with inaccurate delivery status. What was suppose to have left December 31st in a container actually never left until February 17th/08. Don't let the nice furniture fool you, this is a Mickey Mouse operation. I spoke with Mr.Johnson himself and instead of an apology I was spoken to with little regard and respect. Based on Mr Johnson's lack of regard for customer service, G.H.Johnson is not worthy of anyone's business, but only worthy of a recession. I'd stay very clear of this establishment.
