Last night we had Airworks come and take a look at our furnace as it had been giving us some trouble. My wife and I were extremely happy with the entire process. The positive experience began when we were able to get a convenient evening appointment for the next day. Once Rich arrived, his professionalism was exemplary. He was knowledgeable, polite, well spoken, and customer focused. He took his time testing the furnace to ensure that only the necessary repairs were done. He made recommendations and ultimately got the furnace working properly by making the required adjustments. Overall, the service that Airworks provided last night will make it very difficult for us to go anywhere else the next time we require any service or repairs. Keep up the great work
