After another firm had refused to do the work of repairing a big hole in our roof caused by raccoons -- too difficult -- HWS sent Ken who dealt with the problem quickly, efficiently and installed more than 30 screens over areas where pests would try to get in. We asked Frank to repair a hole in the roof left by a raccoon. Then wildlife people were then to put a mesh over the completed work. When the pest control people came they said Frank had done such a good job they didn't need to add the mesh. Thank you Frank for such a good job.
