I had Safetech take-over my existing security system at home. The technician who was at my house was very courteous, knowledgeable and proficient. He took the time to do a complete walk through even though I am quite familiar with the features of the system. I called Safetech after the job was done for a few updates and got someone live on the phone even after regular working hours ! I would recommend Safetech to family and friends..
