DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. THE BBB IS INVESTIGATING THE COMPANY AS WE SPEAK. THEY BROKE MY WASHER AND THEN WHEN I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED THE LADY TOLD ME TO F MYSELF. TERRIBLE EXPEIRENCE!
