The company representative showed up on the agreed time for the estimate. He did respond to all my quetions. The crew that did the actual job was respectful and accomodating. They did a good job and cleaned up after the job was done. It was a full roof replacement and it took 2 days. The only complain that I have is that some of the nails are not covered under the shingle above.
We were looking for estimates for the whole summer of 2010. Many contractors came; some of them gave us completely bogus estimates and worst, some of them never called back (e.g. Sonoma Contracting). Sammy kept his word and came at the time of the appointment and in few days e-mailed us a detailed estimate, based on our requirements. The project was finished in time, on budget and followed all our specs. Sammy was always listening to our suggestions and came with solutions for everything. The project included: framing, electrical, insulation, dry-walling, tapping, painting, flooring (engineered floor and tiles), doors installation. Sammy is a good contractor and a friendly person and I would recommend him for any basement renovation project.
