Dissatisfied customer in Richmond Hill

Pricing: We were able to negotiate a decent price for materials and labour. It was slightly cheaper than the other contractors we visited in Toronto. Definitely willing to negotiate. Service: The installers Acadian sent were below average installers. Attention to detail and care of installation was VERY poor. 2 day job ended up being a 3 day job with below average quality. Supervisor came and agreed that the job was poor - 3 months later, have not replied to phone calls to inquire when they will come to fix the mistakes. Overall job: Staff (Ashvin, Alad, Judy) have been extremely unpleasant to deal with. They do not hold themselves accountable to their mission statement. No sense of quality. I highly caution anyone from dealing with this company!!!!
