Excellent team to work with. Excellent communication. Arrived on time, did excellent work (as far as I can tell - I'm no roofing expert) and finished on time. Good follow-up. Good price. I sort of expected that the price would be my high quote. I expected this, I guess, because they are "Holmes approved" and i thought that it would cost a little more to get the attention to detail that it would take to make Holmes happy. I was pleasantly surprised that the quoted price was not over and above. And, of course the service and work was the best.

Early this year I had some challenges with my furnace humidifier. I called several service techs recommended by friends and neighbours, but they either wouldn't call me back, or kept putting me off. Finally I checked Homestars and called Max. He responded immediately. and was at the house at the agreed upon time (which is rare in my books). We decided that a new humidifier was in order, and he had it installed the same day. He had to shuffle some things around to accommodate the install. His service was so good that I am rethinking the Enercare service package that I got for this rental property.
