Came home from cottage to find that fridge contents were warm, but freezer was still working. Did some searching and picked Doctor Appliance. Because it was a Sunday night, submitted a request via their website and I got a call the next morning at 8:00 to schedule an assessment. They fit me in the same day. Technician named Sergii showed up earlier than they indicated, which was great as far as I was concerned, and within 5 minutes had diagnosed the issue as the fan. Sergii explained everything he was doing, which taught me a lot about self-diagnosing issues. He priced a replacement fan out on the spot, gave me a quote which I was more than willing to pay, and said someone would call back when the part was ready to schedule an installation. I got a call a few days later with a date, and we are now back up and running. Again, Sergii was super-informative and took the time to show me how things worked, did a review/cleaning of all the other main elements of the refrigerator, and left a happy customer with a working fridge. I would absolutely use them again, and will recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair services.

We also picked them because of the advantages of their unit, which requires far less water and flowrate to run a proper regeneration cycle. They were very punctual for both the initial assessment and eventual installation. When they did come to do the install we were up and running in about an hour, and the effect of having the filter on was basically instantaneous. Water problems solved.
