Hired these guys to build a staircase on our house. They built it with no foundation. Looked good when done, but one winter later and the entire thing is falling apart. I asked about a foundation and the reply was that the last staircase lasted 75 years, so this one should as well. The railing company had trouble installing a railing afterwards since there was "nothing under the stone". A little water frozen and thawed over winter and we have to redo the entire thing.

Green Grass installed our sprinkler system and that night, the main line burst in the backyard, flooding our basement and there where three small leaks in the plumbing they installed. A few months after they fixed it, the main started a slow leak. They "fixed" it, only to start leaking again the next day. Not a trustworthy company.

This isolated and rare occurrence with this particular client was immediately addressed and rectified upon notification. Although we recognize that there was some water in the basement of this old home, it also coincided with a torrential downpour that caused widespread flooding throughout Toronto that evening. Despite the possibilty that the water in the basement may have been caused by the extensive rainfall, we did compensate this client for his inconvenience. Over the past 17 years, Green Grass Lawn Sprinklers has proudly provided quality workmanship and customer service throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. It has always been our policy to respond quickly and professionally to all customer queries or concerns. We will continue to strive for the highest standards and excellence in all our work.
