Canary Construction did a fantastic job replacing new stairs and installing new glass railings. The old wood spindles were dated and Claudios team came in with great ideas and service. It was on schedule and there were no surprises to the quote. Excellent workmanship and we are very happy with the results.

Claudio and his crew did a great job with our complete second floor renovation. We took down two washrooms, new hardwood floors throughout, 2 new closets and a large walk-in closet. His team arrived early every day and waited for us to let them start their day. The crew cleaned up each night so that we were able to stay in the house throughout the project. The workmanship was very good and has been admired by other trades people. Claudio is a thoughtful person who really wants to get the job done properly. Have already recommended him to others looking to renovate and/or rebuild.

We called Ryan and Karmatree to deal with a huge Maple in our front yard. They came, they quoted a reasonable price, and they thinned it out! The team showed up exactly as planned and cleaned up so that we would never have known they were there. The neighbors were impressed and so are we. Ryan called after the job was done to make sure we were happy. Great job and my highest recommendation.
