Amazing company. I had a problem with my furnace so that there was no heat. I had called another company who spent 1.5 hours trying to diagnose and change parts to repair it to no avail. Frustrated at not having it repaired, I checked the online reviews looking for a solid company with a good reputation and settled on A1 thinking I might need a new furnace. "John" attended the house and was very professional and methodical with his work. He spent approx an hour doing a variety of tests and inspections of the various components. He determined that the gas burners needed a thorough cleaning inside even though they first appeared not too bad. He quickly got me up and running and now the furnace runs great. John found the problem that the other company missed. The price for the service was very reasonable. I will definitely use A-1 again should the need arise. Thank you A-1. #80812
