Before selecting we did our due diligence and selected Rocco for this job. Rocco did answer his phone even he was out of country and discuss details of the project. Rocco and his team did all leg work to get approval from COA, building permit. Answer any given questions for the building permits and follow up with City on the permit progress. Rocco and Morteza were attentive, responsive and informative as we shaped and designed our addition. Rocco and Morteza were always on the ball keeping us informed of their progress. We would highly recommend Rocco and Morteza for anyone interested in architectural design services. Even after the project was finalized Rocco and his team did accommodate us to revise the plans and answer questions regarding building plans and details. Maciek has the in-depth knowledge about Trees. He is professional and friendly. I was looking for a Arbroist report that comply with City needs. Maciek, did deliver the report that not just meet City guidelines but he also helped me through the process. Price was very reasonable. We did get 2 kitchens from SkyKitchen and they did arrange time for installation and their installation crew was very friendly and professional.
