He came to our house, scratched his head, talked to us for over an hour about nothing, sat in his car for another 20 minutes and charged us $225. We have no idea what the leak is from or what we might do about it. Total BS.

I am extremely speechless to hear this information coming from a client of mine. This is far from the services we normally provide and very hard for me to hear. I have tried reaching you to rectify this issue and have yet to hear back. Please contact me.
As for the time in the truck after the job was completed he was processing your invoice and an additional quote for work to be completed for you. This appears to be a reasonable time frame for that process.
As for the leak investigation there was no water or evidence for the plumber to trace the leak, and after testing nothing appeared.
I personally will come out myself at no charge to you and make every attempt to locate this issue.
