Bill Luke responded quickly to my phone message to book an appointment. He was able to do the job within a week. He phone when he was on the way to our home. He cleaned and checked the fireplace in approximately 40 minutes. No mess left behind. Very efficient service in all aspects. Highly recommend Heatwave Industry.
