Update 4/1/2020 Leak has not been fixed. I contacted them in November and did not hear back from Jennifer or Effy. Waited till the spring and the same thing. They will not return my calls, even though I paid extra for a 12 year warranty. I will be contacting my lawyer to claim my money back, as this company is fraudulent. Please stay away from this company save yourself the headache. I had used New Life roofing 2 years ago to replace my roof. They did a decent job and only took 1 day. Fast forward 2 weeks ago when we noticed a leak in the roof. I made the call and to my pleasant surprise they arrived the next day to have a look. Unfortunately, due to the weather they could not assess the damage and promised me that they would return soon as it was warm. Sure enough, true to their word, they came back and found a nail that had exposed itself due to the elements. A quick repair later, they were done. I have to say I was not only impressed by the job they did, but the fact they returned so quickly to repair and stand by their work.

I had found Brad via referral, who came out and fixed a bad capacitor in my AC which was only fixed last month by a fly by night contractor who refused to honour their work. Not only did Brad fix my AC, but he made sure test everything was in working order. After that he then checked my heating and cooling and saved me from a potential disaster waiting to happen. Brad is a consummate professional and I will not hesitate to call him in the future.
