This company did an irrigation blowout last month. A sprinkler head was blown off ( one that we know of so far) from their blowout. The company refused to repair it even though they claim to have a warranty which states: “Work & repairs related to the irrigation blowout are covered under our warranty” They said we had a faulty system. Our sprinkler heads were intact and fine until they did the blowout. We do NOT recommend this company.

As mentioned in our previous communications with you, the air pressure used throughout the blowout does not harm the hardware in the system in any way.
If it was an “excessive pressure” issue, then one would expect all the sprinklers to blow off.
Since we did not service this property during the season, we are not able to warranty this faulty part, however, you are welcome to stop by and take a new spray head.
