Elegant is nearly 2 months overdue to finish a fairly straightforward kitchen cabinet install. They do not answer their phones or return voicemails or emails. They miss appointments without explanation, or rescheduling. When they do show up, they bring the wrong materials to finish the job. For a business trying to be 'high end', the service and completion capabilities leave alot to be desired. Would never recommend, and i'm not sure why some home builders in the city would use them
