As a Millennial with very little knowledge of appliance repair, I am eternally thankful for Atiar and his vast knowledge. Since finding his company on Homestars eight years ago, he has come to our house three times and is the only person I trust with our appliances. Each time I have reached out to him, he has responded quickly and scheduled a service call less than 24 hours later. Each time he has come to our house, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly - and came prepared with the necessary replacement part. Incredible! His prices are fair and reasonable. I have used other service techs prior to this company and there is honestly simply no comparison. Even our old cat, who hides from everyone, comes out when Atiar visits - and Atiar graciously lets him watch him work! Honestly, I wont use anyone else as long as Atiar is available. I am grateful to have found him.

I cannot tell you how happy we are that we chose Joyce and the Star Moon Roofing crew to replace our garage roof. From the moment Joyce responded to our request, we knew we would be in good hands and we weren’t disappointed. Joyce provided us with a quote and was able to schedule our job in a matter of a couple of weeks - providing updates and options along the way. Joyce’s husband and crew arrived just ahead of schedule and were friendly and professional and worked quickly and competently and the results are just beautiful. They even fixed my neighbour’s eaves as it was broken and overhanging our roof and left everything tidier than it was before they arrived. Two weeks and two big rainstorms later and the roof is in perfect condition. Even our neighbours have remarked on the quality and workmanship of the job. I rarely leave recommendations but I feel compelled to tell everyone I can about how amazing this company is. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Star Moon Roofing and we will be using them again in the future. It was truly refreshing to work with Joyce and I’m so happy we hired this team.

In the middle of lunch-making today, we found that our older model gas oven just wouldn't ignite. Within 30 minutes of calling, Atiar was at our house and diagnosing the problem. He had a look, gave us a VERY reasonable quote for parts and labour (he had the new part we needed with him in his car!) and a solid guarantee if he wasn't able to solve the problem. He then proceeded to work away and within 20 minutes, our oven was glowing again. I am super impressed with the quality of work - he also gave us a warranty on the service - and how quickly it took to get the job done from initial phone call to completion.
