My first purchase here was really great. I bought a mattress and boxspring set, and it's been 3 years and in great condition, very comfortable. Maybe their mattresses are ok - but do NOT buy their other furniture! I bought a klik klak sofa from them in January, 2013. It was very firm, but looked good. By March 2013, the stitching was starting to perforate the fake leather material, so it was tearing open. I stitched it up in the areas where it was happening, but it soon started happening again. Then the two front legs snapped off, as they are only held in with a single, inch-long screw each. The front part of the sofa seems to be reinforced with cardboard, which started crumpling in some areas, and poking up through the fake leather in other areas, right into the back of your legs. Then the top layer of the fake leather started peeling away from the bottom layer. I do not know how it is possible to make something of such incredibly low quality. It has still not even been a year and it's so disintegrated, it's unbelievable. I emailed them to ask them if there is anything they can do. I said I know they don't have a warranty, but this seems like extreme circumstances. I would certainly hope this is not a normal customer experience! They did not respond. I emailed them again, asking them to at least acknowledge that they had received my email. Nothing. Beware, this is not a furniture wholesaler, this is a junk pedlar.

I ordered a bedroom set (headboard, dresser, and two night tables) from Dibros Furniture, and confirmed a delivery time that worked with our timing when moving into our new place. Not only were they 5 hours late (I contacted them several times to see what was happening, because we were supposed to go back to our old place to get the next load, and instead spent all day waiting around!), but after I signed for the furniture, I found that the headboard was actually broken in two! It was wrapped soundly in plastic, so I couldn't see this until all the wrapping was removed, but the cheap mdf that the headboard was made of was broken right down the corner. I contacted Paul at Dibros, who assured me they would bring a new one to replace it, but they were out of stock right now. I contacted him again a few weeks later, he was really apologetic, and said he'd get right back to me. So, that was May and now it's November. I tried a few more times, and nothing came of it. I also noticed that the same problem was happening on the bottom piece of the dresser along the front. A big, ugly, crack right along there. Luckily it's at the bottom, and not too noticeable. Now I'm in the market for a couch, and I'm really annoyed, because I keep seeing ones on kijiji that I like, and then finding out they are theirs. There is no way I would risk buying from them again!

I have had bad experiences with moving companies in the past, so I was more than a little trepedatious when it came time to move again. I was told about this site by a co-worker, and contacted several of the highest rated companies. We Haul was the first to get back to me, and their price was the best. They offered me a flat rate, and provided this in writing before the job began. The guys were great! They were running a little late due to traffic but called to keep me posted. They moved quickly loading everything with very little direction from me, and then unloaded just as quickly. They were friendly and spoke candidly throughout the move, and when they were finished everything, they asked if I was happy with the placement of everything or if I would like them to move anything around for me - even though they had asked where I would like things put as they moved it in. I am very impressed with this company and will definitely recommend them to anyone who even mentions that they are moving! Great overall experience, and really great guys.
